Improving Mozilla cryptographic software

>> 2021-

Iaroslav Gridin_edited.jpg

NSS is an open source cryptographic library, maintained by Mozilla with Red Hat and others, providing support for a range of security standards. It is used by a huge variety of products, including Mozilla products (including Firefox and Thunderbird), open source client applications (such as LibreOffice), Red Hat and Oracle server products, and others.
Thus, its security and correct behavior is of utmost importance.

The goal of this project is to find new ways to improve the testing methodology of the library, and to find new ways to detect and prevent vulnerabilities and other issues, which can be applied to other cryptographic libraries as well.
