My research focuses on developing end-to-end computational imaging frameworks that jointly optimize compact optics and machine-learning-based reconstruction algorithms. By treating optical design and image processing as a coupled system rather than separate stages, the goal is to overcome physical constraints in portable devices to achieve high image quality for specific tasks like restoration and enhancement.
